Meet your Weight loss Coaches
Certified Ideal Protein Coach
I found Ideal Protein in the fall of 2013. My daughter got engaged and one of my first thoughts was how much I will hate the way I look in wedding photos. Though I had struggled with my weight for most of her life, I still never imagined myself heavy at my only daughter’s wedding. My wake-up call wasn’t health or medical issues – it was vanity. It was the reality of that milestone occasion that finally motivated me to change and I was scared. I had failed at every other diet attempt and I wasn’t sure this would be any different.
The difference for me was meeting with a coach on a weekly basis, bringing accountability and encouragement. Not to mention the fact that this self-proclaimed sugar addict also had access to chocolate on a daily basis! I finally found success! I lost 75lbs in a little over 5 months and I wore a cute form fitting dress at my daughter’s wedding! What I appreciate most about this program, 3 years later, is that the Ideal Protein model is always there to help me through the minor weight fluctuations throughout the year. I have never gone back to my original weight because I have implemented the plan and support I need. Be ready to change your life!
Certified Ideal Protein Coach & LipoMelt Therapy Tech
I am a mother of 4 and I have struggled with weight most of my adult life. I joined Ideal Protein in February 2015. I had actually met with Coach Michelle a handful of times to go over the program before I was ready to commit. Like most people, I had tried EVERYTHING to lose the weight. What I was missing was the accountability and support we offer here at Ideal Wellness. I had always had a number in my head that I wanted to reach on the scale. I started my journey at 225lb and I have since lost nearly 100lbs!! I feel so much healthier than I ever have. I am able to be as active as I want to be and to me, my health is everything. I always wanted to make health a priority and stay active for as long as I can. One day I will train for and run a marathon!
To me, this program is a no brainer. Everything is laid out so easily. I love that we offer 4 phases that really re-train you on how to eat and successfully keep the weight off for good. I feel very blessed to be able to share my story with others and be able to help them with their own weight loss journey.

I grew up in the small town of Mars, PA located just north of Pittsburgh. I relocated to Mukilteo, WA with my husband, Bryan and 12-year-old son, Giovanni in December of 2016. We enjoy all that the PNW has to offer from the spectacular views to the endless outdoor activities.
I became a licensed massage therapist in 2005. I have always taken an interest in overall wellness. I enjoy working with people on a personal level to overcome physical and emotional pain. I admit, I have struggled with yo-yo dieting and trying whatever the latest “fad” diet was to lose a few pounds, only to gain it all back. I was raised to enjoy food in social settings where you indulge. I suppose I never realized how much of an emotional eater I had become.
Since becoming part of the Ideal Wellness team, I have learned so much about eating habits, dieting and self-care. I enjoy working in an environment where we all support and encourage each other. I have experienced the ideal protein diet myself and I know that it works! I am currently a LipoMelt tech and I’m training to become a wellness coach. I love celebrating goals with our clients with each milestone they overcome!
Certified Ideal Protein Coach
Hello! I grew up in South Dakota. I was introduced to many packaged, processed and high-sugar foods at a young age. In my teens, I remember being at a potluck style dinner for a family reunion. With my plate half full of sweets and the other half full of pastas, I was walking to the dinner table. On the way, my grandma stopped me to ask some questions and I could feel the frustration brewing inside. I just wanted to eat the dessert on my plate! I would rather be eating sugary foods than talking with my grandma. In that moment, I realized I had an unhealthy relationship to sugar. I have since been on a journey of learning and changing my eating habits. I am passionate about helping others experience a healthy relationship to their food choices.
My background is in Montessori education. I taught 3-6 year old children for three years. Following my love of teaching, I transitioned to health coaching in 2014. I am passionate about helping others feel good in their bodies. It took a long time for me to feel good in mine and I am still learning. I believe our relationship to food and to ourselves is not a point of arrival, but a journey – one step at a time. We can wake up feeling energized and maintain our energy levels naturally throughout the day. It takes an openness to learning and a practice of slowing down. I am excited to share this journey with my clients.
