At Ideal Wellness, there are two ways to get started on your weight loss journey.
Ready to get started!
New Client Appointment
Some people like to read directions, some people don’t. If you are someone that wants to get right to it then the New Client Appointment is where you’ll want to start (about 45 minutes). During the New Client Appointment, your coach will give you a deep overview of the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program so you have the knowledge you need to get started on the program. You’ll discuss your full health history to determine if it is necessary to communicate with your physician during your weight loss journey and do your initial body composition and measurements. Lastly, your coach will help you set up the Ideal Smart app to provide you with both coaching and cooking videos to help you along the way, as well as schedule you for your complimentary LipoMelt session. You’ll leave your New Client Appointment with your first week of food and first month of supplements. If you’re ready to schedule a New Client Appointment, you can use the scheduler below. Just select the office closest to you. If you’d rather make an appointment by phone, you can find direct office phone numbers by visiting our Contact Us Page.
Schedule Your New Client Appointment Now
If you still have some questions then you’re better off to start with an in person consultation (about 15 minutes). You’ll meet one-on-one with an Ideal Protein Certified Coach in one of our 5 Western Washington locations. During your consultation, your coach will give you a simple overview of the Ideal Protein Program and discuss your health goals. Your coach will also want to understand your “why.” Your why is the reason you have decided to come to Ideal Wellness in the first place and is something you’ll discuss further once you’ve started the program. Lastly, your coach will give you a body composition and health assessment to help you determine if Ideal Wellness is right for you. If you’re ready to schedule a consultation, you can use the scheduler below. Just select the office closest to you. If you’d rather make an appointment by phone, you can find direct office phone numbers by visiting our Contact Us Page.
