In order for the body to continue functioning properly we need to take the required nutrients to replenish the loss of vitamins and minerals that are essential to our health and wellbeing.

Skipping supplements or using outside supplements not formulated to the Ideal Protein program (aka the jumbo bottle of fish oils or potassium from Costco just won’t cut it) can significantly slow your weight loss!
